Mission Statement
My goal is to teach and certify all employees in the importance of food safety. My Classes are very informative using DVDs, lectures, power points, practice, diagnostic tests, and fun activities. The pass rate of my class is 99%.
About me
Chef Paula is a graduate of Northern Ireland Hotel and Catering College. Former restaurant owner, and chef educator of Atlantic Cape College and Burlington County College since 2002. She has been teaching classes in ServSafe® Food Safety since 2003.
